We Loved Anantara, obliging Happy smiling staff, go out of their way to help, food great, pool well appointed over looking the beach, great views from our suite, bathroom & dressing room very large, well designed, we could sit up in bed see the waves rolling on to the beach.
Anantara close to shopping in Seminyak, we travelled with My Bali to Ayana 2 years ago loved this Resort also so we made a day trip to Ayana we enjoyed.
The service from My Bali Holidays is flawless everything runs like clock work effortless certainly made our holiday, on returning home whilst waiting in the business lounge, we run into a old friend George & his wife, they had also travelled with My Bali to Ayana their 1st time to Bali they also loved every minute and spoke how great the transfers & Hotel Resorts were.
The weather was perfect beautiful hot sunny days, thank you Elissa for organizing everything, I give you 11 out of 10! Is that allowed?

We had 7 nights in paradise staying at the Ayana Resort in mid December! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by all staff. Our family of four were all given a lei of fresh frangipani and then escorted to reception where we were offered a chilled glass of guava juice. We had requested interconnecting rooms, and this request was happily accommodated. The ocean view rooms were just beautiful, with every convenience you could ask for. The decor was lovely, the rooms were spotlessly clean and the view was magnificent.
The staff are all wonderful. The resort obviously prides itself on customer service. All staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool staff do a fantastic job of ensuring that you're comfortable and looked after at all times. The staff at the restaurants and cafes remember your name. (We had coffee daily at the Damar Terrace where we looked forward to seeing Sukarini who would always greet us with a smile and a chat.) I'm only sorry I can't remember other names of staff for a special mention too.
The attention to detail at Ayana must set itself apart from other resorts. For example, poolside you are given cool hand towels. chilled bottled water, a piece of refreshing fruit or a small sorbet. Wet towels are replaced without asking. The pool staff will even rearrange the sun lounges for you (if there's limited room) without being asked. All this with permanent smiles in the stifling Bali humidity!
With the My Bali food and wine credit, there is no reason to leave the resort! There are so many restaurants to choose from each serving a different type of cuisine. My only issue would be the price of wine. The cheapest glass of wine to have with dinner was A$20. Even with our My Bali credit, I couldn't justify the wine prices. (I do know that wine tends to be expensive in most resorts around the world). Instead we found the cocktails were a nice change. Cocktails are still a little expensive, but relatively so.
The Rock Bar has to be seen to be believed. It's location is amazing. Our first time to the Rock Bar, we took the funicular or inclinator down to the bar. Great view. The Rock Bar infinity pool was also a beautiful, very relaxing spot nestled into the cliff, with views a far as you could see, double cabanas....just gorgeous. One night we sat at the Rock Bar and watched mother nature produce a lightning show over the bay (luckily no rain!). When we left the Rock Bar that night, I was given a single red rose! It's these little touches that make you think more fondly of a resort, especially one as large as Ayana where you could easily become "one in the crowd".
The grounds of Ayana are manicured and magnificent. The Christmas decorations were so tasteful, and blended with the architecture and decor of the Resort. It really felt like a little piece of heaven on Earth!!
We can't recommend the Ayana resort more highly. We would go back tomorrow if we could! It's a beautiful, well managed resort. Congratulations to all Ayana staff. The My Bali credit is such a bonus, and I'm sure it makes this type of holiday more achievable for many people.
I should also add a big thank you to the My Bali staff who escorted us through customs, through the airport, and drove us safely to and from Ayana. All were friendly and very efficient and we would have been lost without them!!
A final very big thank you to you Elissa for all your efforts, efficiency and great service. You've been wonderful from our first contact.
(This is our second holiday with the My Holiday Centre. We have also been to Fiji. Both trips have been wonderful, exactly "as promised" on your website. Keep up the great work.)

We recently returned from a Bali holiday at Ayana we booked through your company. It was just amazing and wanted to thank My Bali for all of the wonderful attention we received.
We felt privileged to be met by the friendly staff at the airport and escorted through to the car to take us to Ayana. On arrival at Ayana we found that they had upgraded us to a Club room which we further upgraded directly with Ayana to a suite .. it was pure luxury. The staff at Ayana were fantastic. The extra credit at the resort was a great way for us to try all the facilities (massages etc.) and sample each restaurant ... not to mention the cocktails!
At the end of our holiday we were again picked up by the My Bali representative (who was early) and taken back to the airport. Another My Bali staff member assisted with our luggage and flight then escorted us to the lounge to await our flight in comfort.
The entire experience was remarkable and went very smoothly.
We want to thank My Bali for the wonderful holiday we had and will happily recommend the company to anyone who is interested in holidaying in Bali. We will certainly book our next holiday through you.

WOW........WOW......WHAT A HOLIDAY......everybody had BALL.
The Westin Resort ,Nusa Dua ,Bali was fabulous,fully refurbished with all it's traditional decor and furnishings, beautifull gardens and pool areas,.........from to moment we arrived they made us sooo welcome and just spoilt us rotten with service and that fantastic happeness that is so refreshing . We were taken to our room by Ayu Lestari , the Guest Experience Supervisor that I had been emailing about all the birthday arrangements and shown into our top floor suite and told this room has the best view of the whole Resort..... WOW....The next morning we meet with her again just to finalise everything for our special night.....which was done to perfection.
Our party was a huge success,with 17 people attending and the Seafood BBQ Banguet that we settled on ,just blew us( Michel and I) away as there was seafood running out of everybodies ears........everyone said they couldn't eat another thing............thats when they presented us with a huge Birthday Cake and with the aid of the Band sang ....HBTY........what impressed me the most was Ayu coming back that night .....ON HER DAY OFF......just to make sure everything was going to plan. How can you match that sort of service, when staff give up their own time...........! After the dinner was over we .....most of us.... headed for the Beach Bar which was supposed to close at 12-30.....but the management saw we were having such a great time they left it open and I said good night about 2am and it was still going strong.
Michel and I can not get over the service they showed us and everybody else and nothing was of any trouble and done from the heart by the most happiest people on Earth.
As Michel and I have travelled quite extensively, this Resort would be the friendliest and have the happiest staff anywhere we have ever stayed at, in the world , we would highly recommend The Westin Resort to anyone.

Recently we went to Bali and the arrangements were made by your company.
The whole trip exceeded our expectations. The Westin Hotel was an exceptional standard, with high class service. We appreciated the 10 meal vouchers we were given and all of the food was excellent. The afternoon tea given to us by the hotel on the day before departure was a nice touch.
VIP transport to and from the airport to the hotel was prompt, friendly and efficient. The VIP lounge at the airport was appreciated.

Sadly, today we head back to Perth after a fantastic holiday at the Ayana Resort in Jimbaran. From the initial bookings via Gil at the My Bali Queensland office things have flowed smoothly. The staff from My Bali arranged a quick transfer through customs and immigration on arrival and we arrived at the resort in quick time. Ayu, would you please pass this on to the Queensland My Bali team?
Wow what a lovely resort!
We spent our first 6 days in a club room. Everything we needed was on hand and the team at the club lounge were wonderful. We then upgraded to a villa which added a fantastic flavor to our last 4 days at the resort. Ten wonderful days in all and we cannot but recommend the resort to anyone wishing to have a great relaxing Bali resort holiday. We did venture out of the resort on a few occasions but just for some shopping before returning to our quiet home away from home.
We experienced some wonderful service from the Ayana resort team and we want to mention a few. Please note, there were so many that we will do an injustice to some by leaving out their names. These are some that especially touched us with their care and service.
We start with the team at the club lounge and at the concierge desk. We think in particular of Janus, Gy Adi, Wayan, Tangkas, and the lovely Sari and Puspa. All of them and their club team made our stay at Ayana a very special one.
We also would like to thank our butlers whilst at the villa, especially Widastra, who arranged some wonderful special moments for us. The flower arranged love hearts in the bedroom were a special touch that will be long remembered. The team at the Kisik restaurant are special and is was great to be remembered by them days later whilst wandering around the resort.
Special memories too we will have from the team at Dava. They spoilt us for our last 4 days and wrote us a nice farewell card which was a lovely touch. Dharma at the martini bar brightened up our evenings with some of his unique humour and delightful cocktails.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the Ayana to our family and friends and hope to be back soon,

Wow - What a holiday.
Firstly, the airport service provided by My Bali is fantastic - someone to meet you almost as soon as you get off the aircraft; no confusion about what, when and where to pay; no waiting in immigration queues... I'm pretty sure we were in our hotel before some people were out of the airport! The return was just as good - private car from the hotel, someone took us straight to the front of the queue for checkin, straight through immigration and into the departure lounge... I cannot imagine that this would be allowed to happen in Australia, but it sure made it easy in Bali!
Secondly Ayana Resort:
I have stayed in quite a few hotels in my time, but none compare to the facilities, grounds, service and friendliness of staff at Ayana. We arrived on Wednesday and spent a few hours next to the pool. By Thursday, most of the staff were addressing us by name - they had taken a photo of us when we checked in and placed it in the staff area so people could learn who we were!!! Aside from breakfast, we didn't eat at any of the restaurants more than once in our seven nights, except the cliff side seafood restaurant, because that was just too good. Each restaurant served its own style of food, and not one of the was below excellent.
Our son had his Birthday there and the staff helped us organise a surprise cake which was ready for us on our return from a day out. A number of staff came and sang Happy Birthday to him by the pool, which he loved. Then when we returned to our room, we had a second surprise Birthday Cake with a card signed by about 20 staff!!
Many thanks to yourself in helping recommend and organise our holiday - I can't imagine not using My Bali for our next trip back to Ayana.

Just letting you know what an amazing trip we had to Bali last month & it was all thanks to you! Everything went according to plan, the My Bali contacts were very helpful and assisted us with booking tours from the My Bali voucher book. The wedding we attended was just beautiful with the sun setting as the couple said their vows. Now as for the Ayana Resort, what an absolutely fabulous place. The staff couldn't do enough for us, the food was out of this world as we chose a different restaurant in the resort to dine in each night. Now since we loved it so much we would like to go back next June. Can you see if we could get the same deal at Ayana: 7 nights in an ocean view room (could be up to 10), flights, $1000.00AUD/room, breakfast etc, etc? We wish to thank you for the wonderful holiday we experienced at the Conrad Bali.
The arrangements and Concierge Service were amazing. We have never been so well looked after in all of our previous travels.
The weather was perfect, a balmy 27 to 28 degrees each day with a delightful sea breeze and our room overlooking the lagoon always had a perfect view, from the fun of people enjoying the pleasure trips on the lagoon to the many weddings occurring in the beautiful grounds, to the children enjoying the delightful pools.
The Resort was in pristine condition, the staff all with beaming smiles and being of the utmost assistance.
The accommodation was extremely comfortable with a pleasant window seat overlooking the sea and a balcony looking down onto the grounds and pool area.
There was even free Wi-Fi in the Reception and Pool Area with charged internet in the rooms.
We enjoyed the meals, the breakfast buffet being extensive and entertainment at dinner time.

I haven't had a chance to write to you since our return from Bali last week (hit the ground running) but now want to take a few minutes to thank you and the whole MyBali team. We travel a lot and have never booked a package such as this one as I like to do my own research and reservations but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was wonderful (and a bargain to boot!) The Garuda flights were definitely "full service" (even have inscreen videos now), the arrival and departure assistance and lounge were very welcome and the properties (and extras) were great. The Ayana Resort & Spa is truly beautiful and we were lucky to have a couple of days there. The Semara Resort & Spa was a pleasant hotel - not sure I would call it a resort- with huge well-appointed rooms and a great spa. The staff were very kind and tried their best to assist where necessary (though there were a few incidents of miscommunication). Teething problems like wi- fi problems were dealt with as soon as possible. The opening special that we were fortunate to participate in meant that we ate, drank and indulged at no extra cost. The location is excellent when dining out / shopping. All in all we had a wonderful relaxing holiday and have recommended your company to anyone willing to listen.

We thought the Semara Resort & Spa was fantastic. The rooms are a great size and the rooms upstairs (where we were) have a really good sized balcony with a daybed and table and 2 chairs. The pool is long enough to do laps in (which people were doing in the morning, they even put in lane markers) and the lounges and covered day beds at the end of the pool are really big and comfortable. I think the spa is probably the best I have been to in a hotel - amazing! I did the yoga class one morning and it was excellent, as was the gym (nothing like brand new equipment). I thought the breakfast was excellent and the staff are all delightful. The resort is in a great position for all the great Seminyak restaurants and shopping. The only drawback for me is that I would prefer to be on the beach but that is just a personal preference. Thank you again, we had a great holiday and would definitely book through the holiday centre again and recommend you to friends.

Enjoyed the trip, thank you very much. All transfers went smoothly. Semara Resort & Spa was very nice, room, food and ambience perfect. Used the My Bali tour day to do the cultural tour, monkey park etc. Highly recommend " The Bridges Restaurant". Also did the Uluwatu tour. We got on really well with Kardek our driver to the point where we requested him for our second drive. He was very pleased when we insisted that we pay for and that he join us at both restaurants. Loved the walk along the beach from Semara to Discovery Mall. Unfortunately we only had two cloudless sunsets but we managed to catch both with dinners on the beach. Shopped, haggled, ate, drank and even caught the last quarter demolition of Carlton by the West Coast Eagles's, even sweeter as we were sitting next to die hard Melbournite Carlton supporters. So in summary a great (but too short) holiday and made even better by the planning of My Bali. Thanks again for following up Hayley and I am sure that we will contact you for our next o/s trip. Just a quick note to say Thank You for your work & effort in arranging our trip, it was much appreciated. Everything went perfectly & Ayu - the Balinese My Bali representative was lovely. The MY Bali package inclusions especially the assistance at the airport were great.
In terms of feedback on the Ayana Resort and Spa , we thought it was simply the best hotel that we have stayed at (and we are selective, having travelled at least once or twice every year for the last 20 years). For us, location, ambiance, sophistication without pretentiousness, the beauty of/ immaculate grounds, villa - large, beautiful tasteful décor, light; the pools, kids club, restaurants & bars were superb. For us looking to relax and re charge the batteries it was absolutely wonderful. Its own little arcadia. In addition the staff were incredible, genuinely friendly but not intrusive , helpful, smart, well trained, knew their jobs, great attention to detail, could speak English fluently (we don't expect this and are not so western centric to think this should be the case but it is wonderful when you get it) and just made our trip effortless and a delight. I can only add that we loved it so much, we extended our trip for an additional two days & we have never done this before.

Our driver Ketut was fantastic we absolutely loved him, he took us to all the best places, gave us the best information, looked after us and made us feel so safe. The Ayana Ocean front villa was divine. The hotel along with the $1000 wWne, Dine & Spa credit was also a great part of the package. We would definitely go back to Ayana again with a similar deal.

We had a great time in Bali, the My Bali team were excellent.
The Conrad was an amazing place to stay, the pool was just beautiful. The $2000 between the 3 of us went so far even including a massage each, a facial for Mum and we were left with $120 credit which we donated to the Adopt a School Program. The weather was magic , cool breeze every afternoon.

The Laguna is a lovely place to stay and the VIP service through Denpasar Airport just made everything so much easier and more relaxing. I apologise for the delay in sending you this e-mail. My family and I travelled to the Ayana resort in January for 9 nights with My Bali....it was fantastic!
The service, facilities, experience, luxury and inclusions were beyond our expectations. Often when there are inclusions the way that they are described is certainly not what you get. This was not the case at Ayana with My Bali. The escort through customs and immigration was smooth and quick, transport was on time, clean, courteous and spoke good English.
In regards to the discount vouchers, my previous experience is that those things are a farce....not with My Bali, they are genuine and truly represent real cost savings. The booking process to organise these things was also very smooth, we had one contact in Bali and she booked everything. On no occasion was there a hitch, everything ran like clockwork.
The bonus of the Premier Lounge prior to departure was fantastic - we even took the opportunity to have one last foot massage.
We are now My Bali converts. We raved about it so much when we got home that one of our friends booked to go to Ayana straight away, and lucky for them, they are there right now.
Your company should be commended. Every part of the holiday was superb and represented fantastic value for money.

We are back from our trip to Bali and I just wanted to let you know that it was fantastic. It was our 12th trip to Bali and easily our best to date.
Everything went smoothly and the Westin Resort was just amazing. Obviously beautiful but the level of service we received pushed it to another level. Extremely efficient and friendly at all times. We upgraded to the "Beach Club" and it was worth every cent and more. We cannot recommend the Westin Resort highly enough. We have told some of our friends about it and one family is going to make a booking in the next couple of weeks and another family is seriously considering it.
We actually liked it so much we are considering going back for my "milestone" birthday end of July, early August. Can you please advise if there are any similar packages for that time? Thank you for organising our holiday for us. It was the first time I had booked a holiday package over the internet so I was a little nervous about how it would all work but it turned out great. If you can let me know about availabilty in July/August I would appreciate it.

The young man who met us at the airport deserves special mention. What a difference from our 1st trip to Bali two years ago. The concierge service made us feel like VIP's.
Ayana was spectacular. No words can truly reflect how good staying there made us feel. We went to relax and recharge our batteries...and that is exactly what we did!

The Westin Resort was absolutely amazing, even with renovations going on, and the service was great.
The island has so much to see and do but the time was so short to fit all the things we wanted to do in 10 days but we had some fantastic tours with a local driver.
Thank you for the last minute arrangement of the airport transfers, it went off without a hitch. It gave us some worries from the previous night to departure but the Westin Resort were more than willing to provide the service at no charge to us after sighting our itinerary. Can you please keep us informed of any future specials for the Westin around the same time next year? If they are still available, we would not hesitate to return again. Janine and I returned last Saturday from Ayana Resort and the best and most relaxing holiday I have ever had - and that's saying something after 22 years working for an airline!
The Resort and facilities were first class and we will definitely be contacting you to book there again!
Airport arrival procedures were 'ordinary' and there were some people arriving on other airlines that had been waiting in queues for some hours and were quite 'upset' when the 'VIP escort service' tried to move us up the line a bit - some other people (on our flight) were using a similar VIP service and there was a bit of a verbal 'altercation' from those already in line - resulting in us queuing up as per 'normal' - this should perhaps be looked at? Similarly, on arrival at the airport for our departure there was no-one around to help (was there supposed to be?)
The transfers to and from the Ayana were fantastic and on time (with very welcome air conditioning).
Apart from the 'airport stuff' which, to some extent, is outside anyone's control as it's Government run, I can only again remark on the spectacular Ayana Resort.
An Ocean View Villa was definitely the place to be - the personal butler service (great for booking restaurants) and private plunge pool / courtyard was sensational. Janine particularly liked the outdoor shower - I think she would have one installed at home if there was room (and privacy!).
Thank you for your assistance and recommendation of the Ayana Resort - we can know completely understand why you love this property too.
Please feel free to keep us informed when similar (or the same) 'special offer' for Ayana is available - the $1000 credit was great - we actually had a bit left at the end!

I just wanted to give you some feedback on the the VIP service in Bali.
We thought it was fantastic. The people were friendly and super efficient, we were in and out of the airport in next to no time both times and with no queues or bags to manage. It was a dream for my husband!
In particular we had great service from Ayu (our transport co-ordinator) and her husband who always managed to provide us with transport on very last minute trips. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I wanted to let you know.
We would definitely look to do it again.

I thought you might appreciate some feedback from a recent customer of your 'My Bali' holidays.
Wow! You guys really know how to do it. I have never had a holiday before where everything was so smoothly taken care of - from the time we arrived in Denpasar to the time we left again 21-days later. The meet-and-greet, immigration expediting, ground transfers, VIP lounge on departure, etc all worked like a charm.
With regard to the hotels, we were just as pleased. Our first stay was ten nights at Laguna (Nusa Dua) and this is a great facility. Perhaps the only constructive criticism would be the limited choice of eating venues and the overall cost of meals. We found we quickly consumed our allowance and would have preferred more a la carte (versus buffet) options. The staff were excellent and the facilities (especially the pools) were superb.
Then there was Ayana. What an experience! I have travelled extensively and would have to say it was the best holiday I have ever had. The level of service was unparalleled and every member of staff was so attentive it was amazing. We could not fault the venue or the staff - on the contrary we have nothing but praise.
We will be booking again for an Ayana holiday next year, so keep us in mind when you have some good deals on offer. We even know which villa we want next time!

We just got back from Bali this morning. I hate overnights but as far as the rest of the holiday went it was exceptional. We all had a great time. The resort (The Westin) was fantastic, great position, friendly staff and really safe environment for the grandkids. I don't think we realised before we got there just how good a deal we had. Just thought I would drop you a quick line to let you know how the trip went.
What can I say other than it was Amazing!!!!
Thankyou first of all to you for sorting it all out and to all your staff in Bali - we were greeted and whisked through the airport and to our hotel with smiles and it was all very well organised. The resort - was everything I'd hoped for, read about and much much more. It really is wonderful. Heaven on Earth!!! Our room was beautiful with lovely views over the gardens and the ocean.
Every single thing about the Resort was 5 star and then some... the staff were all attentive, polite, happy and cheerful. Everywhere was spotless, and breathtakingly beautiful. We weren't supposed to check in until 3pm but our room was ready at 11am.
We paid for breakfast the first day but when I realised we wouldn't be able to have breakfast on the last day as we were being picked up at 6am they quite happily deducted the first breakfast off our bill. They also knocked 20% off the food and drinks bought in the restaurants and the Rock Bar off the bill for paying with American Express (I had read that on Trip Advisor and thought I'd ask when we were checking out). We were very lucky with the weather - it rained only a couple of times - when we were either getting ready for dinner or before we got up one morning.
We used 3 of the vouchers from the book - 2 for the 3 hour treatments and one for the car and driver. The treatments were heavenly - so we went back and had another!!! The pick up to return home was on time and the departure lounge at Denpasar was a lovely way to end our break. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou!!

"Little piece of paradise" AYANA Resort and Spa
Perth, Australia Jun 7, 2010 | Trip type: Couples Booked with My Bali, very last minute , like 5 days prior. They offered a package including VIP transfers (great local staff meet you at arrivals and whisk you through immigration to your smart clean car and on to resort, same at return including food and drink in VIP lounge) and $1000.00 food and beverage credits for use at any of the resort bars and restaurants ( I thought this a bit suspect at first, but it is what it is, a genuine $1000.00 credit). From the minute we arrived the staff were exceptionally friendly, well trained and helpful. The rooms were very smart and clean with comfortable beds (ours was a four poster) LCD tv, Bose bedside iPod station and stylish furnishings. The balcony view was drop dead gorgeous looking over tropical gardens to a sweeping seascape. The several pools were spotless, with plenty of loungers and sunshades. Food at all venues was very good, breakfast (included with our package) was a hot and cold buffet with European and Asian fair, plenty of good coffee, the Dava restaurant was very special and delicious. My only negative comment was our anniversary meal at the Japanese restaurant Honzen, very disappointing, overpriced, average quality (have had much better at a fraction of the cost in Melbourne) and almost zero ambience. That aside, it is a most beautiful resort, we definitely will go back.
