Just wanted to let you know that we had an amazing time at Peppers Palm Cove. The room was sensational, the service outstanding, the food to die for and the resort World Class. They gave us a yummy bottle of wine which was a lovely gesture. We were not that keen on going out on the Sun Lover Reef Tour as we had been out before a few years back, on a really choppy day, but we are so glad we did. We had a perfect day in every way, the trip out and back, the weather, the snorkeling, the lunch and the staff, all excellent. Nice to say, even our flights with JetStar were good.
We hired a car and saw heaps of Cairns and surrounding areas, I think we did about 1,300 kms.
Can't thank you enough, just wonderful !!!! This was our second time using My Holiday Centre and will certainly book through you in the future.

Just to let you know we had a fantastic week in Noosa. All our dealings with your providers were absolutely hassle free. The Sheraton rooms were a great size and very comfortable. The car and flights were also excellent. We were very pleased with the whole experience and would have no trouble in recommending this particular package as great value.

Everything ran like clockwork. Accommodation and vouchers were great value and every bus and plane connection plus reef outings were fantastic. Quicksilver was unreal!

Yes, thank you – we all had a wonderful time at Port Douglas.
The Sheraton Mirage was a great resort and suited both kids and adults. I was told they were almost full to capacity but the spaciousness of the resort meant that it never felt crowded. The pools were absolutely amazing!! My daughter made it her mission to swim in each and every one of them! The swim up bar was a highlight and the kids Aqua Play activity kept the kids entertained for several days – it was quite challenging to get to the end of the course.
I loved how the Sheraton is a literally a hop, skip & jump away from the beach – so we got to enjoy that too. The food at the resort was very good. Starting with buffet breakfast which catered for everybody (ie. hot food or healthy cereals/fruits) + lots more. I developed a almond croissant habit – they were a highlight for me! Lunch at the resort was very easy & we quickly got used to the indulgence of ordering & eating at the pool area, which was delivered by the wonderful staff with golf buggies! It was pleasing that there were enough healthy options on the menu & the kids fish n chips were the BEST/healthiest fish n chips I have ever seen for kids – they loved it!! The tour desk provided some good advice about seeing the rainforest for half day – as we felt a whole day trip was too much after having had 2 separate reef day tours. Even just walking around the resort was a delight – the gardens are spectacular with many flowers/birds not seen in Melbourne.
It was too far to walk into town but there was a shuttle bus that arrived every 30 mins to take you in, which was convenient (this cost us $100 for 7 days unlimited use).
The Quicksilver tours to the reef were a highlight of the trip & the kids loved seeing the underwater world that exists out there. I found the staff so professional and felt we were in very safe hands with their experienced team. We were lucky to take part in a guided snorkelling tour with a marine biologist who pointed out many fascinating creatures underwater. It was very rough going out one day (Sunday) but the staff ensured all passengers were ok & handed out travel sick tablets willingly – they really were very good at looking after us.
Overall, everything went very smoothly and we have lots of happy memories. Thank you for arranging our holiday and I will most certainly keep you in mind for future travel. We would like to go to Hawaii next time so will keep my eyes open for any specials you may have for next year.

I just wanted to thank you so so much for all you did for us in booking our trip to Port Douglas…we arrived back to cold Melbourne last night after 7 glorious days at the Sheraton. They looked after us perfectly and were there when you needed something but not in your face.
Thank you also for the room upgrade... it was greatly appreciated! Our little man loved it and he entertained himself constantly cruising from bed to bed to couch to chair.
We did have a great time away and wanted to thank you so much for helping us with that.

From the flight to Hervey Bay (the plane was a bit late getting in but the driver who picked me up, phoned the barge at River Heads and they waited for me) to the resort, the tours and walks and the meals available....everything went so smoothly. The Mulhollands and the Picketts arrived home safely yesterday afternoon after a lovely break at the Sheraton Mirage at Port Douglas.

My wife and I plus the other three couples have just returned from our 7 day stay at Peppers Palm Cove, simply brilliant. Everything went according to plan and the others were greatly impressed how well the whole stay was organised.
Thanks for your assistance in this. I have been requested to ask you whether this type of offer is likely to continue or to be offerred again say next year. I know that's a bit like looking in a crystal ball but can you advsie me on that. Two couples besides ourselves are very keen to return to Palm Cove or Far North QLD and were wondering if a similar offer might occcur again?

I thought I would let you know that we had the most perfect holiday at Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas Resort, thank you so much!
The inclusions were incredible and after seeing the prices of everything up there I don't know how My.Queensland got the packages so cheap!
It certainly was incredible value for money. The accommodation was breathtaking.
Was this just a special offer because of the floods and cyclones etc.. Or does my Queensland holidays do packages like this all the time?
If they do, we were wondering if it's possible to get another quote for the same deal but with two children aged 16 and 13 included as we would love to go back around this time again next year April-June 'ish and do this holiday with the kids.
