Just wanted to say thank you again for all your help with planning out holiday arrangements. We just got back and had the most fantastic trip which was made better by the added extras provided by MyThailand. The service at Bangkok airport with check in etc for our return flight was so welcomed given the midnight flight and sleeping four year old over my shoulder. Thanks again. Look forward to booking our next trip with you guys.

Thanks for the email. Jennie and I had a really good time and the Avista resort was very good also and whilst we were there there was a customer service person present almost everyday tending to any queries or problems. Your people meeting and greeting us at Phuket on arrival and particularly on departure at the VIP lounge was terrific - even massages!!
The car trips were great too because they used a fairly large SUV thus all six of us went on each of the two rides which meant we could see more of Phuket of our own choosing over the two days.
The big hill that many mention leading up to Avista is really not that much of an issue unless you have knee or leg problems and on many occasions we chose to walk up and down and whilst it is steep for about 100 metres it is manageable.
But if we were tired or one of the group was suffering coming back from shopping we would simply take one of the tuk tuks that are available just around the corner from the big hill leading down to the shopping centre - 100 baht for all six of us (just a tad over $3 dollars - bargain!).
Similarly they are available right outside the resort if you feel you may need them to go down the hill. Perhaps information worthwhile passing on to other clients if they are concerned when they google Avista and it is mentioned there.
We had a really good look around Phuket and did many interesting things but one that you should mention to other future visitors is "Fantasea" which is a sort of Thai theme park which also features (in the overall ticket price) a really good meal and one of the most spectacular floor shows I have ever seen involving everything from traditional Thai dancing and magic through to elephants (15 on stage at one point) and other animals on display and built into the show.
It is not cheap at about 2450 Baht or $79 Aust dollars but is a must see and the ticket included everything including transport to and from Fantasea to the resort - which just in itself was really well organised.
Overall it was a really well organised and satisfying holiday - you have done well.

Just a quick email to let you know we had a fantastic relaxing holiday.
Siray Bay resort was better than we imagined. They also upgraded us as we checked to see if they had a cancellation on the villas, but there was none so they put us in a room with a plunge pool that we shared with the room next door. Lucky they were out a lot so we virtually had the pool to ourselves.
We both loved the resort and the staff were unbelievable - nothing was a problem and they always had a smile on their face. One of the best holidays we have had.
The Sheraton at Bangkok was also good but it rained for most of the time, but we still got out and about and did some shopping.
I have also already recommended Siray Bay to all our friends and family, and also My Holiday centre as you guys have just co-ordinated everything so well.
Looking for Fiji next year so we will definitely be in touch.

Hope you are well.
Just wanted to thank you and everyone at MyThailand.com for a wonderful week at TwinPalms in Phuket. As usual the standard of service was excellent – and the resort and all the staff was wonderful. The transits to and from the airport were excellent (as always!). We had beautiful weather – just one downpour whilst having breakfast on Friday but it cleared before we left our room to head to the beach. Catch Beach Club is amazing – we took advantage of Happy Hour 6-7 (buy one get one free) every day. We didn’t do any of the tours as basically we just wanted to do a whole lot of nothing – which is exactly what we did – and loved every minute of it.
Thank you once again – I've no doubt you’ll be hearing from me next year when we've decided where we are heading!

Just back from Thailand and wanted to drop you a line to say we had a great time. The Twinpalms was a fantastic hotel, great staff, service, food, facilities, the room was amazing and the beach, beautiful. The cooking class was a really fantastic inclusion and great fun to do. It was a perfect location too with other bars and dining options close by. I have already recommended it to several friends (through MyThailand, of course). The Vie hotel was also a great choice. Perfect location within walking distance to everything - particularly shopping. The transfers and meet and greet as always was a real bonus (the cars to and from Bangkok were a BMW and a MERC, which made us feel very important). We're already thinking of the next trip, in March or April. Either back to Thailand and maybe Bali. I keep spruiking your name to people we meet (or friends back here) as we've never found better deals than through MyThailand and the service and organisation is always fantastic. Nothing to think or worry about.

Our holiday was excellent from start to finish. The service at the Airport in Phuket was fast and efficient, the taxi drive to and from the Avista Resort at Kata Beach was safe and pleasant and the Avista was absolutely superb. It is no wonder that the Resort received an award from Tripadvisor in 2010. The Staff could not do enough for you .The customer always comes first. Our rooms were spacious and spotless.
The Blue Elephant Cooking School was beyond our expectations with excellent tuition from Charles. The day trip with the Elephant Ride gave us the flexibility to choose where we wanted to go rather than where the Driver suggested. We did not want to go shopping but visit National Parks and scenic sites so the driver obliged. My Thailand Representative was helpful and efficient.
As you can see, we had a great time and would consider going with My Holiday Centre sometime in the future.

Well, what a holiday. We are back safely after 10 great days away in Thailand.
The Westin Siray Bay in Phuket was a fantastic location and the staff surrounds and amenities were just brilliant. The Resort Manager had a number of discussions with us and we highlighted these comments. The only negative ( and it is not really a negative, it is just a comment) the resort is a little isolated but great if you just want rest and relaxation as we did. If you are a younger rager, maybe not ideal.
We ate and drank and swam and just chilled and the weather added to this environment. The shopping in Phuket town was also fun with a trip arranged by your representative in Phuket
Re Bangkok, the Sheraton was amazing and once again the staff also excelled. The city and the shopping was great and we await with trepidation our credit card bill. Our collection by My Thailand people at each location was spot on.
May we thank My Thailand for impeccable service and in particular you. Your service and attitude to Dianne and I was above reproach. We would appreciate notification of any other Special Deals/Packages that come up in the future.

On behalf of myself my husband Kevin and our travelling companions The O'Grady'S we would like to thank the team at My Thailand and especially Amelia, our travel consultant, for all the hard work she put in with helping us with our booking. This holiday was very special to both parties travelling as the O'Grady's celebrated there 30th wedding anniversary while in Thailand and Amelia was so helpful with organising special arrangements etc to make there holiday something they will remember for a very long time. We cannot sing the praises of your company enough to anyone - told people we meet while on holiday and everyone back home what a great deal and inclusions we received and how smoothly things went and that we will be definitely booking future travel with you - matter fact speaking with Amelia now for travel next year. From the time we arrived in Phuket to the time we left we where treated like VIP's. The Twinpalms resort was just a dream and we are booking for next year we enjoyed the stay that much. It is all the little added features that you have that make a holiday so special. The cruise we got at the Twinpalms resort was just an incredible day and something we will remember for a long time with fond memories.
Can you please thank your team (drivers etc) at My Thailand in Phuket for all there wonderful service. The cars we got picked up in where just lovely and the people at the airport were so efficient and thoughtful we felt very important - not allowed to carry any bags or anything. Nothing was to much trouble for them so a big thankyou goes out to everyone. Once again a BIG thankyou to everyone we will be singing your praises to all we know about what a great travel company you are to deal with and I cannot wait to book my next holiday with you. We had a fantastic time in Phuket and we were VERY impressed with the accommodation at the Outrigger Laguna, as well as the service from the My Phuket staff. From the moment we got off the we were looked after like VIP's. We were whisked through immigration and to our waiting car, and from then on the staff were falling over themselves to help us. The My Phuket concierge in Phuket, "Woonsen" visited us on the day after we arrived to make sure all our tours and activities were arranged correctly. Don our driver was always punctual, friendly and willing to go where we asked when we asked. The same was the case when we left - VIP service and access to the Coral Lounge was a great way to end the trip!!!
The room at the Outrigger was great - plenty of room and the pool out the back was awesome!!! The staff were super friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Our only gripe was the unit next door was being maintained so there were workers outside on some days which was a bit uncomfortable, but this was our only concern. All in all the trip was awesome and we all agreed that the package offered by "My Phuket" was exceptional. When we travel overseas again we would certainly book with you again!!!

Hi and hope you are doing well. Thank you for arranging a very nice and enjoyable holiday for us in Phuket. Your team led by Woonsen in Phuket are extremely competent and ensured that from the moment of landing to us leaving Phuket we were comfortable. The My Puket driver Tae was extremely good and patient with our varied demands. The tours including the elephant safari, Phi Phi Island and the extra Thai Cooking class in the Blue Elephant school were very well organized and left us with many pleasant memories.
The Outrigger hotel villa was very nice, spacious and suited us very well and we loved the attached swimming pool. It is a very good idea for families with kids . The only down side to the hotel was the lack of decent eating places within the facilty as there being only one average restaurant with limited choice for breakfast and dining. The other aspect was that the Layan Beach is a good 5-8 minutes drive away and hence going to the beach required planning from both ends. Needless to say the rooms in the villa were very neat and tidy always and staff wanting to help but ensuring that it was done properly.
In a nutshell we think the Outrigger villas offered good value for families and it would have been nicer if the beach was next door and they worked harder on improving the food choices. My wife enjoyed the villa experience and hence please let me if you have any villas available with a beach next door in you plans for Bali also.

I write to you (belatedly due to illness), to THANK YOU so much for the most wonderful holiday that my husband and I experienced recently at the Twinpalms Resort Phuket. Prior to booking with you, I had done an inordinate amount of research into where to go, what to do, and where to stay. I guess I particularly wanted to ensure we had a wonderful stress free holiday with value for money.
I certainly had no intention of booking our holiday with My Phuket, nor from one of those "specials from the paper" for that matter, but I could not help but book with you after talking to one of your Consultants, Mr Tom McMenemie.
From the outset, Tom made me feel very comfortable and confident in the advice he was providing. Tom was the most friendly, considerate and polite gentleman I have ever experienced when dealing with any company on the phone. Tom's engaging personality coupled with great sense of humor and honest advice was such a breath of fresh air. As I am sure you are already aware, Tom is an amazing credit to you and your team.
Tom made a number of suggestions early in scoping calls and at no stage applied any pressure, rather, Tom continually offered alternatives to all aspects of our plan. Within 2 calls we had decided to book with Tom instead of doing it ourselves on line and we are so, so pleased that we did.
My Phuket was just fantastic. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Phuket, every fine detail had been taken care of. Our collection and clearance at the airport was great and so hassle free, our My Phuket driver from the airport, Mr Don, was an absolute delight. So much so that we hired him for another 2 full days for touring around the island. It was so nice to have a safe, comfortable and reliable driver that we call upon knowing that Mr Don was also employed by My Phuket.
The Twinpalms Resort was everything and some that Tom had described and we were not disappointed. The staff there we just so lovely and we enjoyed all aspects of the resort. Your My Phuket bonuses were just brilliant... The Thai cooking class at the Blue Elephant was one of the highlights of our trip. We also took advantage of the Andaman cruise which was another superb activity and made us feel so special. The My Phuket vouchers also came in very handy and we used many of them whilst we were there, again providing real value for money on our holiday. The My Phuket initiative of providing a Wine, Dine & Spa Credit in the resort restaurants and bars is another brilliant idea and great that we could use it at all of the restaurants.
Incidentally, whilst at the Twinpalms, we met another couple who had booked through My Phuket. I explained that I had booked with Tom and found him to be just outstanding in all aspects of the trip. Funnily enough, the other couple had booked with Tom as well and also spoke glowingly of his service and support. So much so, I understand that they have already referred another family of 6 to Tom for a trip to Twinpalms in September !
Our My Phuket experience exceeded all expectations and we will be booking further holidays with you again (Tom) soon.
