Day 1: Arrive Adelaide
Upon arrival in Adelaide, make your own way to the hotel to begin your cosmopolitan adventure. Known as the city of churches and home to renowned museums, Adelaide is bursting with arts, culture, flavours and entertainment. Get a taste of world-famous wines and award-winning restaurants right at your fingertips.

Day 2: Kangaroo Island Adventure (B, L)
Enjoy a simple breakfast before your ferry to Kangaroo Island. Embark on a guided tour of Seal Bay Conservation Park where you can walk on the beach amongst wild sea lions. After a two course lunch, spend the afternoon in Flinders Chase National Park for breathtaking views of its regenerating trees, plants and coastal scenery. Then, travel along the rugged southern coastline for a walk around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch and the perfect photo opportunity. Conclude the day getting up close to kangaroos and koalas at Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park before transferring to your overnight accommodation on the island.

Day 3: Kangaroo Island Adventure (B, L)
Experience the amazing ‘in-flight’ Birds of Prey Display at Raptor Domain, one of Australia’s most interactive display of birds and raptors. Then discover Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery and enjoy a two course lunch among the gum trees. After lunch, enjoy an informative tour of Clifford’s Honey Farm where you can sample homemade honey food, beverages and beauty products with an opportunity to purchase famous honey ice cream. Continue to a premier cellar door for structured wine tasting before your ferry and transfer returning to Adelaide. NB. Note that honey sampling at Clifford’s Honey Farm may not be available due to COVID restrictions.

Day 4: Barossa Food & Wine Experience (B, L)
Enjoy a full day food and wine journey to South Australia’s premium wine region, the Barossa. Take time to sample some of the Barossa’s finest wines and gourmet food that makes this wine region so famous. This tour includes a visit to Mengler Hill Lookout, Barossa Valley Chocolate Company, Maggie Beer’s Farm Shop, two award winning cellar door experiences, a gourmet two course lunch and wine tastings.

Day 5: Adelaide Free Day (B)
Today is your free day to explore cosmopolitan Adelaide’s many parks and cafes at your own pace.

Day 6: Depart Adelaide (B)
After one final breakfast, bid farewell to multicultural Adelaide with lasting memories and make your own way to the airport.

Flights, airport transfers, meals not stated, travel insurance and anything not explicitly listed under inclusions are at your own expense.

An initial deposit from $199 per person is required to secure your booking. The final balance will be due 3 months before departure. If adding flights, the cost of flights is due upon booking.

A single supplement from $650 per person for solo occupancy is payable in addition to the twin share price.

Triple share is not available. Maximum of 2 guests per room.

Pre or post accommodation in Adelaide with breakfast can be requested with rates from $290 per room per night run of house, subject to availability.

Children under 4 years of age are not permitted. A discount may be available for children 4 to 11 years of age sharing existing bedding with 2 adults, subject to availability of 2 beds. Breakfast is not included for children. The tours involve wine tasting experiences not recommended for young children.

Prices are correct at time of publication and are subject to availability, change, cancellation or withdrawal without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars per person twin share unless stated otherwise.

Due to high demand and limited availability of these special rates, bookings are not confirmed until confirmation is sent; usually within 48 hours.

If you are unable to travel due to government restrictions or supplier cancellations, we will waive our administration fee and assist with a date change or credit less any unrecoverable third-party costs. Credits are subject to supplier conditions and fare differences may apply upon rebooking.

Each amendment incurs a $55 per person administration fee.
Additional fees and fare differences from third-party suppliers including airlines may apply.

Cancellation within 60 days of departure: 50% of total costs.
Cancellation within 7 days of departure: 100% of total costs.
If optional flights are added, the airfare is non-refundable once ticketed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the country of departure and country of arrival’s COVID-19 restrictions. Our third party supplier partners (e.g. airlines, cruise lines, accommodation and touring operators etc) may also have additional restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all travellers in your party also meet all requirements. The situation is fluid and as such country and state entry requirements, along with third party supplier requirements, are changing frequently. All travellers must comply with their final destination’s immigration and health requirements.

Health requirements are the responsibility of all individual travellers. Should any mandatory quarantine or testing be required, this will be at your own expense and for you to arrange. Please be advised that any costs for these requirements will be at your own expense. Our consultants are not qualified to advise you on vaccinations. Please contact your doctor or a specialist vaccination clinic for advice.

A low to moderate level of fitness is required. You will be expected to alight from the coach on your own accord. The Kangaroo Island tour is conducted at a leisurely pace but involve full and long days.

Each person is entitled to a strict maximum of one bag not exceeding 20kg on tour, superseding any other baggage allowance.

Please notify us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking but note that choices may be limited or not catered for.

Every effort will be made to accommodate you in the hotels and properties listed. In the unforeseen event that the listed hotels are not available, properties of similar standard will be provided. All hotel ratings are local or self-ratings provided by the supplier. All rooms will be lead-in category or run of house unless otherwise specified. Twin share refers to two people sharing and does not necessarily mean twin beds. Rooms consist of one double bed and requests for 2 beds cannot be guaranteed.

The Kangaroo Island tour itinerary and inclusions are subject to change without notice and may be impacted by COVID restrictions. A run of house room will be provided at Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge, Aurora Ozone Hotel, Kangaroo Island Seafront Hotel or a similar property, subject to availability.

The operation of the tours are subject to availability and minimum group sizes. If the tours do not operate, you will be offered a credit.

The operating schedule and itinerary may be impacted without notice by adverse weather, seasonal factors, closures, local conditions, COVID-19 or other factors beyond our control including force majeure. The itinerary and its order, sightseeing and transportation may be adjusted as deemed appropriate by the operator for optimum safety, enjoyment and operation.

Final documentation will be emailed within two weeks of departure of the respective travel component.

Force majeure means any natural disaster, accident, fire, act of God, act of war, terrorism, legally binding judgment, injunction, action of a court or other relevant authority, emergency, unplanned repairs, maintenance, strike, industrial dispute, work ban, blockade or picketing, travel ban, pandemic, epidemic or outbreak of infectious disease, or other event beyond our reasonable direct or indirect control. In case of force majeure or other extraordinary event that prevents safe travel, the supplier reserves the right to adjust, postpone or cancel the trip.
